Chanda Sadiq graduated from Fatima Jinnah college in Lahore, Pakistan where she practiced in primary care and OBGYN for many years. After coming to the United States she completed the PA program and is now successfully working as physician assistant in endocrinology and primary care under the supervision of Dr. Jack Cukierman where she has helped many patients with complicated diabetes patients. She is also WNY Medical, PC’s director of Quality Assurance and due to her hard work and dedication we have successfully achieved level 3 PCMH recognition from NCQA for many years.
