LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for coordinating the patient’s and family’s care. Teaches families and other primary care persons appropriate care techniques. Provides accurate documentation with visit itineraries. Provides direct skilled bedside nursing care. Evaluates patient /family needs in the preparation and executions of the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient on the team. Evaluates effectiveness of treatments and monitors patients reactions. Maintains a clean and safe environment. Maintains accurate clinical notes on interdisciplinary charts. Reports significant findings or changes it the patients condition to the Registered nurse, Team Manager or Physician. Documents reports in clinical notes. Participates in Nurse LPN on- call rotation/schedule in order to meet the needs of patients and families.Completion of course of study as required acquiring state license.Qualified candidates must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse. At least one year, preferable two years of satisfactory nursing experience. At least one year of which LPN in a hospital on an adult medical surgical unit.
MEDICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Medical Service Rep wanted for part-time and full-time fast-paced call center environment. Medical office experience including EMR required, along with strong interpersonal skills.
This is an entry level customer service representative position responsible for professionally responding to telephone inquiries from callers as they relate to health services our customers provide. Medical Service Representatives, (MSRs), are responsible for solving problems and educating callers about our customers’ health programs and procedures. Also responsible for documenting all customer interactions in the appropriate computer system. This is an entry-level position.
